Food is Medicine – Diet Affects State of Mind – Gut Health etc

(Update 2019:  I don’t agree with much of this original article anymore (which is at the the end of this revised post) – I have seen the Truth of Diet and Health after much research and trial and error.

Vegetarianism and Veganism is part of the (((NWO))) agenda – it is not good for you – they want to make the population weak. I have added some videos below – they helped me see the Truth – and here are a few new paragraphs before the informative videos:

Dr Natasha Campbell Mcbride cured her son, and many other children, of Autism by healing his gut and improving his gut flora/bacteria – she used meat and dairy to do this. I saw a video of another woman who has pretty much totally cured her son’s autism with raw milk and kefir. People are healing their leaky gut, crohn’s, colitis etc… and they do this with raw milk, raw meat, raw eggs, kefir and raw honey.

Dr Weston A Price’s research is very important. I have also read Dr Aajonus Vonderplanitz‘s books and he is a very insightful nutritionist.

After reading Aajonus’s books and reading some of Weston A Price’s research I now eat raw eggs, drink raw milk, eat raw unpasteurised butter, utilise raw honey, and I am gradually increasing my uptake of raw meat and raw fish. These are the best foods – they are most nutrient dense and most easily utilised by the body.

You need raw fats to function properly, to detoxify, to nourish your nervous system, your brain, all your cells and organs etc. You need these raw foods. You should not be cooking your food. These raw foods and raw fats will also improve your mental health – it calms your nervous system.

Aajonus also talks about how to utilise some fruits to help digestion, he also has advice on vegetable juicing to detox and improve digestion. (I don’t agree with his advice on vegetable juices – as much information has come out about anti-nutrients and toxins in plants, that they use to protects themselves: oxalates, goitrogens, phytates, lectins etc. I have been following the advice in his books and I have been having excellent health improvements, even better when I stopped the vegetable juices and switched to cucumber juices. You actually don’t need fibre… much of this fibre actually harms your gut… and many plants have anti-nutrients and toxins that they do not tells us about.

So many vegans are becoming ill and quiting their ‘diet’ and returning to meat and dairy. There are so many of these videos on YouTube – these videos of Vegans becoming ill and then recovering through consuming raw meat and dairy.

Your Diet affects your State of Mind and Clarity of Thought – Food is Medicine.

Meditation is very beneficial to help you become more conscious, reduce stress and gain intuitive insights into situations. But to raise your consciousness and get clarity of mind and reduce stress it is just as, if not more, important to improve your diet. I know this from experience and from all my research. Having the right diet and the right amount of minerals and vitamins in our body is very important – it will also help you a great deal if you suffer with anxiety or depression – and then you can combine that with some meditation and just generally going easy on yourself. The correct diet can also help to raise your IQ.

(When I talk about meditation – I am not talking about any transcendental meditations – that is just escapism. I am talking about meditation that brings you to place a relative stillness so that you can clearly see what your unresolved emotional issues are – making what is unconscious conscious – facing your issues and fears. When you have dealt with your emotional issues, when you are calm and your mind is free from fearful self defeating thoughts and incessant needless mind chatter, you will find you get a lot of intuitive insights into situations. We are not aiming for an empty mind – but a calm clear mind. Fear often shuts down intuition and often shuts down creative thought — and fear can paralyse us into non-action and it makes us easily controllable)

It is important to realise that all our soils are impoverished – and this has been done on purpose by the Zionists – it’s a part of their New World Order agenda tactics. All the chemicals they are promoting and using – all the bad farming practices – the spraying of very harmful chemicals on crops etc — it has depleted our land/soils – so that our food, even organic food, doesn’t contain the minerals it should and the amount of minerals and vitamins we need.

It is also critical that we detox the body – we are all toxic – our cells are full of heavy metals – again, another one of the Zionists agendas and tactics – they put all sort of poisons and heavy metals in our water supplies and food — and they spray us incessantly with the chemtrails. They also put it in the vaccines. (You need to look into and research vaccines – it’s a huge part of their agenda. People in my family don’t vaccinate their kids – they feel, from their research, that it is not needed and is very bad for children.)

Keeping our bodies healthy is just one way we can work against the Zionists and their New World Order Agenda – we don’t want to be using their poisonous pharmaceutical products and their so called ‘medicines’, which just create more problems for our bodies in the long run – we need health and clarity of mind so that we can educate ourselves, share knowledge and come up with solutions – so that humanity can move away from this satanic oppressive system we find ourselves in, Nature has everything we need for optimal health.

Anyway I will just give you lots of suggestions of different foods and supplements, with a bit of info about them and then you can research it yourself – it will all be food and supplements that I use or have used. Food is Medicine.


The water you drink is critical. Tap water is obviously very bad for you, all sorts of poisons and heavy metals in it. I recommend Distilled Water – get yourself a water distiller – mine cost 150 english pounds and it produces over 4 liters in about 5 hours – you can leave it on overnight and it shuts off automatically – mine is from ‘megahome’. Distilled water is totally 100 percent pure water. You do not need the minerals in the water – the minerals in mineral water are inorganic, your body can’t really assimilate and absorb them – you should be getting your minerals from your food – your food contains organic minerals that can be easily assimilated and absorbed. Distilled water will really help you detox – it grabs hold of only the bad inorganic minerals and the heavy metals in your body and helps pull them out. (You can add ionic minerals to the water – they are easily absorbed and utilized by the body)

Mineral Deficiencies:

MSM organic sulfur (Beneficial in so many ways and needed by so many of the processes in the body – also excellent for detoxing and it helps to remove toxins from the body, it also helps to alkalise the body and it and improves gut health. Really look into this – it is a very beneficial supplement – and make sure you use the crystals and not the powder. Relieves pain and helps with arthritis as well.
Iodine (nature’s antibiotic) – if you lack iodine, and most people do, it will effect your thyroid and your nervous system and many other functions – ‘Lugol’s Iodine’ is great and the type I use – just puts some drops into a glass of water and drink it. Doctors many years ago used to use high doses of Iodine to treat and cure so many disease and illnesses. It has been shown to be more effective than antibiotics. Iodine is also a calming mineral. Definitely one for you to look into. Iodine is very good for detoxing and effective at removing heavy metals from the body, and will also help you to decalcify your pineal gland.
Borax (boron) – our soils are very much depleted of this – it is very beneficial mineral that we are deficient in, and it can really help you detox, helps you grow strong bones – it’s beneficial in many ways (and will also help you with a parasite elimination, more on that later).
Magnesium – most people are deficient in this – magnesium is needed for many processes in the body – and one of its important effects is that it is calming – it is known as a calming and relaxing mineral – – various nuts and seeds and high in magnesium – and supplements and powders are available.
Zinc – very important for immune system function – various nuts and seeds are high in zinc – it is no good taking vitamin C if you are not taking the other minerals, such as zinc, that help you utilise the vitamin C.
Selenium is very important for many processes and helps fight and prevent cancer as well – brazil nuts are a great source of selenium – you need this in combination with Iodine to have healthy thyroid function – this will help you to have more energy.
Vitamin B complex supplement (all B vitamins in one capsule) – this is especially important if you are vegan or vegetarian, as we get so much of our B vitamins from meat.
Fulvic Acid – This appears to be a very important supplement that helps with the absorption of all minerals and contains essential micro-nutrients. (I have felt great benefits from this supplement)
Copper (Ionic or Chelated) –  Most people are deficient in Copper. Copper is a fungicide and is anti-parasite and anti-candida. Copper is also very important for many processes in the body.

( It is said by some practitioners that pretty much all illness are the result of mineral deficiencies )


Cancer, prevention and cure:

B17 – combined with high doses of vitamin C fights cancer (B17 can be got from apricot kernels, bitter almonds, apple seeds etc etc – don’t listen to the disinfo about the cyanide in them – this is good cyanide) Loads of people in my family regularly consume B17 via apricot kernels to prevent cancer. People have cured themselves of cancer with B17.
Cannabis Oil – people have had lots of success killing cancer with cannabis oil, get the right type though.
Iodine – shown to prevent cancer and help fight cancer.
Organic Germanium (Germanium 132) has been shown to be very beneficial on a wide range of ailments, as including cancer. 
Graviola – has also been shown to have strong anti-cancer properties and very positive effects on many ailments 
Turmeric – shown to help prevent and fight cancer. (High amounts of Curcumin, an extract from turmeric, taken in combination with bioperine has shown to be particularly effective against cancer in some cases)
H2O2 – inhaling or drinking H2O2 has helped people cure themselves over various diseases as well as cancer.
Dried Ginger – this has lots of health benefits and certain compounds in this have been shown to fight cancer.
Green Matcha tea powder – this has also shown to have a positive effect on cancers and is a powerful antioxidant
Most Green Foods are going to prevent cancer and help you overcome it – broccoli has been shown to be very beneficial and then you have spinach and kales and similar green foods.
Sodium Bicarbonate has also been shown to help – this will help to alkalise the body – diseases and illnesses don’t like alkaline bodies.
Fulvic Acid – Again, it is important in so many way
Raw crushed Garlic 


Gut health:

Your gut is incredibly important your gut health has a huge effect on your psyche and emotional well being – the gut brain connection is strong. I can’t emphasise enough how important your gut health is.
Milk Kefir has the widest variety of beneficial bacteria of all the Probiotics – it is very easy to make – always use organic milk and, if possible, full fat – if fermented long enough all lactose will be eaten by the Kefir grains – and it is cheap to create, just buy some kefir grains online (they will multiply quickly and you can share the grains with friends and family) – no need for all those expensive shop bought probiotics.
Apple Cider Vinegar – helps gut health
(Some people like to create kombucha and fermented vegetables, they will help your gut for sure – but Milk Kefir is the best in my experience and from what I have researched)
You can also feed the good bacteria in your colon with Resistant Starch
For a healthy gut don’t eat wheat and gluten. There Is a reason why wheat has been so heavily pushed down our throats throughout history by the ‘powers that be’(Zionists/International Jewry) – it’s not actually good for us – Buckwheat Pasta is a good alternative and there are many wheat and gluten free breads out here now.
Antibiotics kill all the good bacteria in your gut – so if really have to use antibiotics – make sure you use lots of probiotics to restore your gut health.
Fulvic Acid also is said to improve gut health


For Arthritis and Arthritic conditions:

MSM organic sulphur crystals
(Arthritis is linked to a poorly functioning immune system and poor gut health – so definitely work to improve them as well)
Fulvic Acid


Natural Pain killers:

MSM – organic sulfur crystals (opti-msm crystals are very good) – many people have got great relief from pain with this – (my cousin also gives it to her dog).
Turmeric combined with Bioperine capsules – turmeric in studies (not widely known ones) has be shown to more effectively to relieve pain than ibuprofen. It is a fantastic anti-inflammatory.


Parasites and Candida:

Many people have parasites and don’t realize it – and parasites can cause so many illnesses and many symptoms, and a great deal of fatigue – and they can badly affect your state of mind. As can Candida yeast overgrowths in the gut. There are many ways to test for this and treat it. Again, Iodine is very good for both of these things – and MSM organic sulfur crystals also help – as well as many different types of Herbs such as wormwood, cloves and black walnut. If you are struggling with strange symptoms that you can’t shake and get to the bottom of, then you may have one or both of these problems – especially if you have taken lots of antibiotics over the years and have had a lots of processed sugary foods – and if you have had a lot of pets there is a good chance you will have parasites. – yeah I know… gross… They are something to consider if you have a stubborn illness – and brain fog and fatigue – it could be related to this. Garlic and Allicin supplements are especially useful, as well as Organic Germanium. Enzyme supplements to break through the Bio Films are also important- such as Interfase Plus.

Alkalising the Body:

Get some PH test strips for testing the PH of your body – you put saliva or urine on them. We want to have an alkaline body – illness occurs in an acidic body.
Stress makes our body more acidic – so if you have had a stressful day or week you will need to make increased efforts to alkalise the body. This is also going to help you prevent cancer – keep your body alkaline! Green foods, will help alkalise your body – chlorophyll rich foods and various nuts and seeds help – for a quick fix to alkalise the body you can use Bicarbonate of Soda. Apple Cider Vinegar and fresh Lemon Juice will also help alkalise the body . Your main aim is to have a healthy vitamin and mineral rich diet that naturally alkalizes the body.


Superfoods and Oils – ones that i use and find beneficial:

Chlorella – excellent for detoxifying and alkalising the body – as well as lots of minerals
Hemp seeds – all the different amino acids the body needs and great for omegas oils
Quinoa – another food with great benefits and all the amino acids – it is an easily prepared healthier alternative to brown rice
Flax Seed Oil and Flax Seeds – all the omega oils
Hemp Oil – omega oils etc
Coconut Oil – numerous benefits
Unfiltered Olive Oil – numerous benefits
Goji berries – people from Asia throughout history, who lived a very long time, consumed these – many benefits
Camu Camu and Acai Berry powder – both very high in vitamin C


Overall, organic vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds and healthy oils should form the bulk of your diet and – if you are going to use salt – use pink himalayan salt. And I wouldn’t drink cow’s milk – its for baby cows, not humans! Great alternatives are hemp milk and almond milk.

Holistic Health and Meditation: of course you must also address your emotional health to have optimum health and well being – you should address any emotional issues you haven’t dealt with, often held onto subconsciously, and any self-defeating self-hating thoughts and attitudes you may have been programed with as a child – this is why meditation is useful, it helps you get in contact with what is in the subconscious, so you can bring it up and recognise it and deal with it – unresolved emotional issues will affect your health. And or course your lifestyle will as well – and stress and lack of sleep has a big impact on your health.

I hope some of this information proved useful and gave you some ideas on how you can improve your health, clarity of mind and general well being. Again, research all these ideas for yourself and see if they are what you need for a happy, and healthier life.

    What are your thoughts on the ‘fact’ that Adolf Hitler was a vegetarian & a chocolate addict ? At least this is what some documentaries present about AH.

      Yep, his diet was not great.

      Apparently he drank a glass of milk and had some cookies for breakfast each morning. I hope the milk was unpasteurised raw milk, that would have been good… But cookies for breakfast? Not great.

      I had not heard he was a chocolate addict though, I have not seen any evidence of that. He was not that sort of man – certainly not the type to be gluttonous and he was certainly not the type to not have control of himself. That sounds off to me.

      I know he ate eggs regularly as well…and plenty of vegetables. The eggs would have served him much better.

      He was a very intelligent man – but he had not looked too deeply into diet…the nutritional side of things. I am sure if war had not been brought upon them the National Socialists would have figured it out.

      He was a brilliant man but he did not get everything right.

      He was a compassionate man who loved animals. But compassion and your emotions can sometimes blind you or subvert you from the Truth. But, regardless, I have not seen any evidence that the National Socialists had looked into the benefits of raw meat and raw dairy etc.

      And Adolf Hitler never told anyone else they had to be vegetarian, it was his personal choice.

        I rankle when Renegade Tribune insists that veganism is the only healthy and ethically acceptable diet for National Socialists. Particularly when Ben Klassen’s ‘raw meat and vegetable’ diet is its polar opposite. And then there’s Savitri Devi’s Impeachment of Man who takes the view held by RT above. It’s very confusing because both claim to have the science on their side.

          Yes, it is a shame that Renegade cannot see that veganism is not the answer. They get a great deal right, and are particularly good at exposing controlled opposition – they have done such a lot of great work, but they are not correct regarding diet.

          Our optimum diet involves raw meat and raw fat. The key is not cooking the meat or fat. Heat destroys – it mutates /changes the proteins and fats. The cooking makes the meat difficult to digest and means that there are some toxic by products created in the body.

          Europeans have been eating steak tartare for a very long time – raw meat and raw egg… and all around the world people are eating sushi now – and there are no problems.

          I eat raw meat and raw eggs every day – and it is incredibly good for you.

            Raw meat and raw eggs…I could see putting some raw eggs in a smoothie but I’d have a hard time eating raw meat on its own. Reckon I need to get a few recipes on how to make steak tartare!

            And I agree about Renegade. I’m a former Christian who hung on to ‘real’ Christianity long after I’d discarded it intellectually, via ‘alt-figures’ like Owen Benjamin, who Renegade exposed as controlled opposition. It was a bitter pill to swallow. But I’ve been quietly studying National Socialism for years. I cannot remember what prompted me to look into it, but I figure it started with me thinking, ‘Well, so much of what I’ve been taught is a lie so let’s see what else there.’ I do a lot of theatre-acting and love playing ‘villains’. The secret, of course, is to step into their shoes – villains always have their reasons, and my job is to show their motivations. It’s probably that mindset that first got me to try to see Hitler’s side of the story. That eventually led to Miguel Serrano…he’s tough to read sometimes because of all the references I don’t understand. But as I read more Jung and others, I’ve come to enjoy him. There’s no practical philosophy in there, but there’s some beautiful poetic work. A passionate man.

            I was not aware his channel was banned. I did not agree with a lot of what he said on other matters – but his info on diet was sound… and he made some good compilations showing the long-term ill effects of veganism. I have two of Aajonus’ books, so I did not need to watch his channel.

            It is so obvious that (((TPTB))) want us to stop eating meat.

            I definitely do not think Renegade are jewish operatives though. Sometimes people do not realise how invested they have become in certain belief systems, and it can be hard to see the Truth – the human mind does not like the feeling of cognitive dissonance. Renegade have been successfully, and incessantly, exposing Jewry and WW2 / NatSoc lies for a long time.

        Sorry, Entityart to jump in on here, but I think that is another of the chosen ones traps. I don’t think that Adolf Hitler was really vegetarian. Here is some comment about it . He just couldn’t eat no more meat due to his ww1 injury. I think THEY came up with that to find an explanation why he introduced the animal protection laws and Mike King once mentioned that someone told him or he found that he wanted to get the change, but only on the free will of the people, not the humans. I think they came up to cover it up that the animal protection laws were also to stop the most terrible slaughtering of what the Jews/Hebrews do to torture the animals to death. Most of the leader crew like Goering very heavy meat eaters and never would have given up the meat eating. As for him was a hunter as well.

    Exactly my experience when I started out with the raw meat, milk, egg yolks ( histamine intolerance for the whites), liver, kidneys and honey comb. I tried the veg juice but got huge headaches so stopped that. That is now 10 years ago now.
    I eventually stopped as I ended up getting rosacea. I notice that my mental state is not a good, my writing seems to have lost something and I can’t focus at all.

    I began with raw butter which invigorated greatly. My meditation of choice was gazing at the shadows or dark spots of a plants leaves until my vision would go black , generally in one eye only and visions would flow by. My stream of thoughts would diminish, mostly the associative type.
    When I started eating other foods and cooked meat I noticed that my pulse was not steady, in fact it was now preventing me from focusing and making it virtually impossible to focus. I tried feeling for my pulse but there seemed no change there so it seemed to be a different pulse. I figured that it was a pulse behind the generally known one that was much stilled and ‘quite’.
    A little research suggests that this pulse that had quietened was in-fact the venous return pulse as apposed to the pulmonary one everyone is familiar with.

    I still haven’t figured out what the implications of this discovery are. It seems that to be able to focus again this return pulse needs to be steady and quite. Perhaps the venal return blood is less agitated from a lower toxic load when eating raw primal.

    Anyway the above quote of yours intrigued me and reminds me of how much I have lost and letting this skill slip away from me.

    I wanted to ask you a very specific question. I’ve had dandruff and dry skin under my eyebrows for most of my life now. It always worsens alot during winter and the skin gets very itchy and flaky.
    I’ve been on this diet since May now and the dandruff hasn’t improved at all.
    Can you give me any advice on what I should do? I really don’t wanna use any “products” and/or chemical stuff. I believe this to be most easily fixed the natural way.

      Hello again Dentez

      It is my understanding that dandruff and dry flaking skin is nearly always a detoxing process. A sign that the body is ridding itself of toxins. Toxins are mostly removed from the body via the skin and intestines. So going onto a raw primal diet will increase the amount of detoxing, as your body has the nutrition and reserves to do so.

      I have Aajonus’ books, so I typed out what he says about dandruff for you – from page 252 of WWTL:

      “Dandruff is one layer or more of dry dead skin on the scalp that cracks and flakes. Hardened fat or unutilizable fat are the cause. The bacteria that usually accompanies this condition are a result of the body trying to decertify the fat. Some people use anti-bacterial shampoos. These shampoos poison the scalp. The poisons are often absorbed into the body / brain, causing impatience, discontent and irritability.

      Eating plenty of raw fat and alkalising food usually ends dandruff within 1-2 months. Occasionally it may return for a week or two as the body discards old stored unutilizable fat and other toxins through scalp. These toxins cause the scalp to dry and the upper layer to flake. During these times, a topical remedy can be applied. Once every second or third day, massage one and a half tablespoons of cold pressed (pressed below 96 degrees) fermented coconut oil, or stone pressed olive oil, blended with one teaspoon of fresh cucumber into the scalp with a whipped raw whole egg, let egg remain for 3-5 minutes and rinse hair and scalp thoroughly.”

      I use raw unsalted butter, and sometimes coconut oil, to moisturise my hands when they get dry.

    Hi Entity Art,

    I would like to ask: where do you get raw milk, raw kefir and raw butter from? And do you cut the skin of vegetables and also eat them raw?

    I am currently having many problems with my health: not only do I get headaches, but sometimes also acid reflux (kefir actually makes it worse though), and it also takes me very, very long to finish eating ::: ( Also I have lordosis.
    Is there anything I can do to finish eating faster? I have tried so many things, and feel like such a failure to our race!

    Also, can you answer my ranting post on the National Socialism vs Marxism article? It just has some questions idk how to answer.

      Hello again

      I don’t eat vegetables. I would not eat the skins if you do, they are not digestible, and our guts don’t like fibre.

      One of the easiest things to digest is raw eggs. Just some raw eggs in a glass, chug it down and follow with some milk if you don’t like the taste. Full of easily assimilated nutrients.

      I get the raw butter delivered mail order. I don’t consume salt, so I get the rarer unsalted raw butter.

      Raw milk delivered weekly from a farm in the UK. I let my raw milk sit out for hours in the warm before consuming it, so the natural bacteria increases, and it ferments somewhat. Easier to digest then and more beneficial.

      You have to do research to source these things, but they are available. Some people can get them from local farms. I collect my eggs from a local farm.

    Hello there, I was wondering if you are familiar with the teachings of Dr Sebi (Alfredo Bowman)? He promoted the consumption of alkaline, non- hybrid and non GMO foods. Up until three years ago, I had no idea that the vast majority of the food I was eating was hybrid and acidic. Dr Sebi says that it is harmful to eat fruits, vegetables and animals that are hybrid. I have been ingesting his recommended foods and herbs the past three years and have healed a lot of ailments. There is a lot of conspiracy surrounding his death. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts on him, his death and the diet he promotes.

      Yes, I know of Dr Sebi. A very frail and weak man.

      The only good thing he promoted was avoiding processed foods. But he did not understand the human digestive system or about how it cleanses itself.

      He would always talk about avoiding ‘mucus making’ foods. But your body is using raw fat and protein to create mucus to assist your gut and for your body to cleanse. Mucus is so important! A lack of mucus will lead to constipation and a damaged gut. In Truth, Sebi was pretty clueless. The mucus also carries toxins out of your body.

      Pretty much all supermarket fruit, and especially vegetables, is selectively bred and modified. Vegetables do not exist in the wild and wild fruits are tiny. But they are not going to make you acidic. That makes no sense.

      Herbs stimulate certain parts of the body, they do not heal it and cleanse / detoxify it. You need protein and fat to heal, cleanse and detoxify.

      It is extremely unlikely that Dr Sebi was not taken out. He was promoting the (((NWO))) vegan diet. It is meat and dairy that the (((Mainstream Media))) want to get us to stop eating. By the way, it is raw meat and raw fat that people need to eat – no processed foods.

      I follow the Raw Primal diet and I recommend the dietary teachings of Aajonus Vonderplanitz. I talk much more about diet in a few different sections of this article:

        Hi EA,

        I only saw your reply now, many thanks for getting back to me. I started reading about Aajonus’s teachings at the beginning of this year after experiencing hair loss, clubbing nails, numbness/pins and needles in my fingers and toes. I transitioned to the raw primal diet two months ago. You can imagine it was quite a challenge for me after being plant based for over four years, but I did a hard cold turkey transition. I now ingest juiced Jamaican cucumber, raw goats milk, raw duck eggs, raw venison (when in season), raw buffalo meat, raw fish/seafood, creamed coconut and non-hybrid/GMO fruit, all of which is bought from organic/biodynamic farmers markets. I have also learned how to make my own kefir and soft cheese from the raw goats milk. I plan to try raw buffalo milk and organ meat soon. I’m going back to my normal weight and building up the fat and muscle tone I lost on the Dr Sebi diet. I still have numbness in my fingertips but I trust this will disappear in the upcoming months.

        And yes, I was always suspicious about whether Dr Sebi really died. Thank you for confirming my suspicions. I wonder if Aajonus really died….some say he faked his death, but who knows.

          That is awesome. You are going to go from strength to strength.

          The amount of disinformation, and lack of understanding, regarding human dietary needs is astonishing. Unfortunately, it usually takes severe health issues to get people really investigating – and only the intelligent, determined ones find that Truth.

          Yes, I have made own unsalted soft cheese. You can actually make kefir soft cheese – I have made that.

          I also find, and found, raw honey useful, especially when first changing to raw primal, as it helps with digestion while your digestive organs / functions improve (and sometimes while they rebuild).

          I don’t think Aajonus died – he had excellent dietary / health information (I am not aligned with him on vegetable juices though), but I watched some interviews with people who lived close to him and knew him, and read around the topic, and it looks to me like he did not die – that his death was faked. What people do not realise is that the Freemasons and Jewry try and get their people prominent in every movement / topic in both the mainstream and alternative media. They have been doing this since some time in the 1800s. Some of them, like Aajonus, enjoyed helping others and was very good at what he did, but he also was a gatekeeper on various other subjects. He certainly told some lies about the National Socialist Germans. I suspect he was a Freemason.

          I hope the numbness gets better soon – I am sure it will.

            Thank you for your support. Yes, sometimes we have to learn the hard way. I never grew up eating red meat as I was discouraged from eating ‘sentient mammal animals’ (I know, it’s absurd) so my body lacked so many nutrients.

            I really like the kefir taste so I will have to give kefir soft cheese a go. I am astounded with how easy it is to make culture free kefir and unsalted cheese. I’d really like to earn more money so I can make a lot more cheese and treat myself to raw tuna more often. As you know, all these primal foods are very expensive. I am yet to try raw honey; there’s so much hybrid honey out there that I will wait to find the right one. There’s still so many foods I haven’t tried yet. I haven’t done the rotten meat yet, have you?

            Before buying the animal products it’s very important to make sure the animals are unvaccinated and fed on a soy free/corn free diet. I know for definite the wild venison, water buffalo, goats and ducks that I ingest are unvaccinated because I asked the necessary questions beforehand. Sadly there are only a handful of farmers that don’t vaccinate their animals so you have to do your thorough research. More and more people will resort to keeping their own animals, I’m sure. The fact that they are starting to inject the MRNA into the livestock, it’s even more essential to ask the farmer questions.

              Not the 30 day plus rotten meat, but I have eaten a week to ten days rotten meat on numerous occasions. It was slimy and smelly – and was very easily digested. If it is the really old rotten meat, it is said that it gives you a high.

              My uncle tried raw tuna and said he loved it.

              Yes, very few farmers do not vaccinate. We can only do our best.

                Just seen your reply as I’ve had a busy Summer teaching ESOL (trying to increase the income to fund the diet). I managed to find a scrumptious Raw Mexican honey made by the native Melipona stingless bees. I thoroughly recommend it. I have started to introduce a little organ meat to my diet too. I find venison liver to be extremely rich in flavour. I am going to try venison heart at the weekend! Ha, I still haven’t done the high rotten meat yet, maybe in a few months time when I am little braver. Yes, raw tuna never disappoints. I love raw oysters too however it’s like playing Russian roulette with them as some can get contaminated with dirty water, causing a bout of diarrhoea for a few days (the kefir and some ginger helps sort this out fast).                 Hi EA, I forgot to mention….a rash appeared on my abdomen after consuming organ meat for the first time. Did you experience a similar thing? It may be part of the ‘detox’ process that Aajonus talks about. Can one ever be allergic to organ meat?

                  Yes, I did indeed experience some detox symptoms consuming raw organ meat. For me it was organic raw chicken livers.

                  (Obviously the rash you had is the body detoxing)

                  It seems like it is something you have to slowly build up. It seems like too much too soon can initiate a strong detox. I think everyone will be different with this, but yes, I also experienced detox symptoms when first consuming them.

    I was wondering what you would think of this article:

    They provide some compelling evidence that Aajonus faked his death. The people in that interview, the woman especially, seem to be displaying “duping delight”. You can even hear it in her voice at one point. I watched the whole thing, it is a really awkward interview.

    I thought his death seemed suspicious ever since I learned about it. I assumed he was assassinated.

    I’ve seen you claim that you think he might be/might’ve been a Freemason, and it’s true, he uses “33” and “66” in his books a few times (in a strange context), as well as that story about the coyotes “training his sixth sense” and then feeding him the jackrabbit (and how he could apparently see them because he had night vision). It seemed weird to me. But who knows what our bodies are really capable of.

    Interested to see what you think.

      Yes, I it is likely that he was a Freemason. TPTB put their controlled people in place everywhere. They have to have all the people who become prominent, gate-keeping certain Truths. And Aajonus also promoted some lies about WW2 and the Germans.

      I spoke a little about him likely being a Freemason in the comments section of my ‘Surviving in the Cosmos’ article.

      I also saw that interview you mention, and those two people were obviously lying. It is very unlikely that he died.

      But he did provide us with some very good information on diet and health – he just did not tell us some other important Truths, and performed the role of a gatekeeper.

        That is an interesting view. Just watched the video, not sure if I saw it before, but I found something odd in there as well. The bloke always yawning but I would have more thought it wasn’t an accident, that they might have killed him. I haven’t ruled out that he disappeared, but the other part, with him being killed as he mentioned that THEY tried to kill him with the swine flu vaccines and then those odd accidents he reported about. I don’t know if you’ve read about the killing of Mozart, Schiller, Lessing and Luther, but that somehow sounded like it.
        Another point on that for me was that they would have had hard time with their agenda over the last two years if he would have still be there as he might have come forward against it.

        I just heard Aajonus saying in one of his Q&A’s that those secret societies approached him not to give information about the diet away and he said he refused it. I doubt he would have lied on that one.

    I had an extremely strange experience. I feel like I should share this. (I went on a bit of a rant, apologies if it’s off-topic.)

    I took my first “detox bath” with raw milk, ACV, and sea salt – it was very hot and I felt very weak by the end. When I got out, my legs could barely hold my weight and I had to lean against a wall. I shut my eyes because I was so weak keeping them open was a struggle. My heart was pounding so hard that my entire body shook with every pulse. It felt like my head was about to burst. I began to see this faintly dim ring of white yellowish light. At first it was fuzzy and unclear like most things you see in your “third eye”. And then it kept getting brighter and clearer, like it was really in front of me. It started to get wider, expanding in on itself.

    It was like I was looking directly into the sun, but brighter. That’s how bright it was. I swear I could feel the sensation of looking at a bright light in my eyes, that “burn” you get when your eyes aren’t adjusted (The room was very dark, as well). I found myself enamoured with it for just a few seconds. It started to look like a tunnel. But then I remembered the stories about the tunnel of light being a trap, and how the souls are drawn to its beauty.. I connected the dots in my mind. I tried to dart my eyes around to escape it, but it followed the centre of my vision. But I think I was wrong. I don’t know why, I just “felt” it. It continued to take form. It started to look eerily like a human eye, but huge. Literally, an iris and pupil formed, followed by more details in the iris, even colour. I could feel a presence. The eye faded after that, but the presence was still there. It was like the pupil was still there, in the centre of my third eye, hiding in the darkness. In the time it took for me to regain my strength, I sat watching the strange display of geometric shapes that started to take place where the pupil had been. I saw weaved lines, spirals, circles interlocked with each other, spinning “fans” of some sort with cone-like shapes on the end.. I don’t know what was going on.

    After that I went to put the raw milk I had bought in the fridge, and my mum saw it and asked me if I had been drinking it. We argued, and I tried to tell her it’s safe. (She insisted the label that the milk is “for cosmetic uses only” was serious, and pulled up some mainstream site saying you shouldn’t drink it. Told me I’d get sick. I insisted it was because the ((Food Safety Mafia)) forced them to put the label there.) My mind felt extremely clear, and I was sharper than usual, perhaps because of the bath. I think I might have sowed some seeds in her mind. But her programming is strong.

    The state of my parents, my family, my people, brings me to tears. My mother has been completely enslaved by the medical system. She takes multiple pills a day, and regularly spends thousands on “specialists” to get surgeries for whatever new health issue her doctor found, whilst saving money by buying whatever brand of food is cheapest. She eats the portions of a toddler, thinking that she’ll lose weight by doing so. What they’ve done is unforgivable.

    I have no idea what I saw. I know it wasn’t just a floater. I might sound like an idiot, but it looked real. Like I was actually looking at it, with my real eyes. It was so bright. Seriously, the brightest thing I have ever seen in my life. This might not sound that significant, just seeing an “eye” shape, but this felt different. Before this, I’d seen “eyes” while drifting off to sleep, but never this clear. I just assumed it was my imagination making shapes out of the dark fuzz.

    Maybe I was just hallucinating, but it really felt like something was looking at me.

    sounds to me like you might have had a third eye opening/stimulation – brought on by the bath. Or maybe you almost had an NDE as your detox was too severe… Do tread carefully. But keep on your path, regardless of your family. Just my thoughts. 🙂

      I thought that as well. I’m quite certain it was a human eye (it at least looked like one), but it wasn’t like the Eye of Horus, it was just the eye ball. I’ve also thought that it might have been someone remote viewing me, and maybe the bath stimulated my pineal gland enough to allow me to notice, but I don’t know. I’ve read a CIA document where a remote viewer made his “presence” known to a creature he was viewing, and “spoke” with it. It was the one where they get him to remote view Mars in 1 million BC.

      Another note that I forgot to add in my original comment: I observed that my eyes looked more blue after the bath (bright, almost shining, even in the darkness. It was weird. I have never thought myself to have blue eyes.). I researched and found out that Europeans (all Europeans, as far as I know) with green/hazel eyes actually have blue eyes that are clouded due to toxins. Most babies are born with blue eyes before they get poisoned. A question for Entity, if he sees this: In your flashbacks/recall, did the off-planet humans all have blue eyes?

      I feel I should clarify, I was referring to the psychopaths responsible for this situation when I said “what they’ve done is unforgivable”. They continue to poison my family and cause them suffering, even though they have already been pacified. It fills me with rage.

      Yes, I will keep on my path. If I can heal myself, then I can heal my family.

        I did some more research on the eye colors, and apparently it takes years for the eyes to change back to blue… (I had been on the diet for less than 2 weeks when this happened, and was/still am eating cooked foods because I can’t get many raw foods consistently.) My eyes have since gone back to their original color. I can tell that there is blue underneath now that I know what I’m looking for. Could the eye color change have had something to do with what I saw in my third eye?

        Another note: After noting the eye colors of many people over the past few days, blue eyes are a lot more common than the statistics would have you believe! And the people that look less healthy usually have clouded eyes!

      This Mucusless Diet Healing System does not make sense. Mucus is very much needed to detox. ‘Colds’ are producing mucus to detox the body – the mucus carries the toxins out. Mucus is also created in the intestines to carry toxins out of the body. This eating ‘no mucus forming foods’ is very much a vegan thing – which is very outdated and baseless. And too much fruit is not good for you at all. The body wants to run on raw fat – and it needs raw protein to rebuild and renew cells.

      After studying health and diet for many years, I have been mainly following the Raw Primal Diet. Consuming various types of raw meat, as well as eating raw eggs, raw milk, raw butter, raw honey and piece of fruit each day – for the last 4 and half years. This will help you detox and rebuild any damaged organs – and will also help with mental health and brain function… as well as other benefits.

    I asked a friend about naturally enhancing the own body height and after some talk he referred me to you. I’m not fully familiar with all your views (and I find it weird that you think walnuts, cashews etc. shouldn’t be eaten) but I read your ufo articles which I believed and you are aware of the WW2 and NS disinfo so you probably have good awareness of what’s going on.

    So he recommended a carnivore diet and I wanted to ask you what meat parts specifically, how much, cooked or uncooked, if I should only purely eat meat and a big question whether my height will decrease to the one before the diet if I switch to a more „convenient“ one perhaps you have like a detailed pdf file or something . And I don’t know if you’re into that but if there are like ingredients or „unknown foods they don’t want you to know about“ that could enhance my height feel free to share basically anything. And do you think I need a water distiller in Germany or is this an American problem.

    Information that might be relevant: I’m a male, I live in Germany, I’m 20 years old and I’m currently 1,86-87 Meters and really want to go up to 1,88M for reasons you can imagine so I’m really looking to gain 1 or 2cms (or more) in height. If more information is necessary for the most optimal response feel free to ask.

      Yes, from my experience you can gain a little height from Raw Primal. You are limited by DNA, but you will reach your maximum height with a highly nutritious raw diet.

      I use RO water or distilled water in the UK. Though I get most of my hydration from Raw Milk and Melon or Cucumber juice.

        I did read the article and thank you i found it to be helpful, Ill also start taking vitamin D3; Zinc and magnesium do you think those alongside stretching will help me reach those 1-2 inches ? Also do you maybe have a link to the water distiller you use ? Thanks again ive been a NS for quite some time but only since recently am i starting to incorporate it into every aspect of my being

          Hi Erny

          I would strongly suggest to you that those supplements will be unnecessary if you follow the Raw Primal Diet. They will be synthetic / not bioavailable and the body does not like them. You will get plenty of what you need from the diet, which will be easily assimilated from the raw food. With a variety of raw meat, raw eggs, raw milk, raw butter, raw honey, some raw fruit etc – you will get what you need.

          I would suggest that Raw Primal will help you reach your maximum possible height, alongside exercise and working out – and stretching (perhaps some type of yoga) may help.

          I don’t know about stretching but it could help. Many people have bad posture.

          My distiller is old now – had it more than ten years. I think it was Megahome.
